Today, The Daily Journaland The Recordpublished an op-ed written by NJAR® Chief Executive Officer Jarrod C. Grasso regarding New Jersey’s continued increase in home sales. Outpacing most of the nation, New Jersey is one of only three states that saw positive growth in sales volume from the fourth quarter of 2009 to the first quarter of 2010. In fact, existing home sales in the Garden State have shown increases in four consecutive quarters and are 14.5 percent higher than last year.
